Real estate assessment in terms of climate risks and energy efficiency
The “ESG Assessment” service enables real estate analysis in terms of ESG parameters.
The information obtained as a result of the assessment includes data on energy efficiency and environmental and climate risks.
The service allows both the fulfillment of formal regulatory requirements and in-depth portfolio analysis.
Currently, the service is provided by sending a real estate portfolio for evaluation (in the form of files, tables, databases), in the coming months it is planned to make the version available via API together with our services of automatic real estate verification.
The real estate is identified based on the address or name of the investment.
